DISADVANTAGES
Cost  Disadvantage
0 Normal Characteristic Maxima No Age Restriction
15 Distinctive Features: 2 LARGE wings coming out of her back (Concealable; Always Noticed and Causes Major Reaction; Detectable By Commonly-Used Senses)
10 Physical Limitation: Heightened Metabolism (Frequently; Slightly Impairing)
Notes: Must eat often. (if does not use lightning reflexes or flight can survive off of human amount of food, but otherwise... Birds eat at least 3x their body weight each day)
5 Social Limitation: Female (Occasionally; Minor)
10 Psychological Limitation: Snippity (Common; Moderate)
Notes: Miss Carver was never of a mild disposition. Anyone who has ever been on the bad side (any side) of a jay knows exactly how mild they are. When the two merged, Miss Carver developed the habit of screeching about every little thing, just as much as a blue jay, but "slightly" more articulately.
10 Psychological Limitation: Bird Brained (Uncommon; Strong)
Notes: Any time character encounters something the bird part of her brain would react severly too, she must make an EGO roll to not react exclusively to it as a bird. This could be very bright shiny trincket, or a snake, or male bluejay doing a mating display. This is only infrequent because generally the bird is so overwelmed it stays in the back of her mind... But anything the the bird would consider UNIGNORABLE, it likely will not ignore
15 Psychological Limitation: In Love with Baron Nathanel Primm (Common; Strong)

APPEARANCE
Hair Color: Blue-black
Eye Color: Dark Brown
Height: 1.60 m
Weight: 50.00 kg
Description:
Jay Carver is an angel. Not in disposition, but certainly in appearance. Her wing span is over 10 ft, and severly limits her ability to remain inconspicuos. This practnicality ended her career as a theif. When she needs to pass as human she will cover her wings in a loose jacket and generally escape detection as a hunchback. No one looks too closely at the less fortunate. If they did, they would likely see though her ruse.
BACKGROUND
Jay Carver is a monster. She is the result of a scientist's attempts to mingle two creatures. She did not voluteer for this. She did not even know the scientist. All she did was break into his house to steal some things. The blue jay she was mixed with was even more innocent. All it wanted was the pretty shiny that was dangling inside the window as bait. Not only were their bodies mixed, but also their minds. Generally Miss Carver can stay well in control, simply because the bird brain is so overwelmed. But heaven forbid a cat should come into view, or seed, or a big enough shiny. All of this said, Miss Carver was 14 when she was transformed. (Not quite old enough to fall pray to the traditional second occupation of a female street rat. Due to her transformation, that occupation fell out the window. Between deguising herself as a cripple and herown self esteem issues about being turned into a monster, she is unlikely to ever consider making a living on her back.
POWERS/TACTICS
Flight, some fighting and specialized telepathy
PERSONALITY/MOTIVATION
In her past life, Miss Carver never saw past a quick pound or and easy meal. Her priorities, however have been dramatically changed. As many as a dozen scientific strongholds have found themselves the victums of arson since her transformation. Generally, she will check to make sure they are actually evil first, though sometimes rude is bad enough. Growing up a street urchin, she also feels inclined to help other children and less fortunate. So long as fate saw fit to give her the means, why not use them?
